Shipping and Returns
When an order is placed on our site, it is usually shipped the next annuities day. If there is a delay, we will contact you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that the shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our store, not from the time when you place the order.
Shipping Charges are based on the best available rates through our carriers. Our shipping providers are DHL/Airbourne Express and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can find more information on their services and delivery policies at: www.dhl-usa.com and www.usps.com.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We ship worldwide. Orders could be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including the verification of billing address, IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. Your card will not be charged in such cases. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your local customs office.
Return Policies for Online Shopping
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return it for a refund or an exchange (depending on item availability), here is our policy:
- You may return regular-priced items for a refund or an exchange
- We offer refunds or exchanges on sale items that are reduced up to 30%
- We offer store credit or exchange only on sale items that are reduced more than 30%. No refunds.
- Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return or to request an exchange
- Returns must be sent by mail (postmarked) or returned in person within 5 days of receipt
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed
- Shoes must be returned in their original box
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on handbags, scarves, hosiery, or jewelry
When you send in a return or exchange, please insure the shipment of annuities. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will not refund you. Therefore it is in your best interest to insure the package.
